The main goal of the metgod we've created

is to strengthen the trainer from inside & out,

to provide her a quality and enjoyable practice time,

and to instill tools to improve everyday functionality.

Empowerring the trainer is an integral part of our agenda.

Our method creates a lean and toned body,

while highlights the connection to the core and to yourself,

deepening instruction and the preformance of the exercises,

developing mental and physical strength,

and a fun and dynamic movement flow.

Our practice aims to create a better and more balanced

relationship with ones body,

as we all deserve to live in a body in which we feel

comfortable, and to hold ourselves with pride.
